Where does the data come from?
Cash Flow Gems combines public housing voucher benchmarks, market-level rent context, listing data, and internal underwriting assumptions. The newsletter is built from automated analysis, but investors should verify every listing, rent, expense, and local rule independently.
How are opportunities ranked?
Opportunities are ranked by Gem Score, a proprietary scoring model that considers estimated cash flow, voucher-rate fit, rent-to-price efficiency, market fit, risk flags, and data confidence. The score is a screening tool, not a recommendation.
How often are newsletters sent?
Newsletters are delivered weekly. Free subscribers receive the Top 3 opportunities, while Premium subscribers receive the Top 20 with deeper analysis and complete investment summaries.
